PASSION UP?
Turn your worries into confidence!
Passion UP is an interactive workshop for the students to fulfill their dreams and passion for their careers! This time, we have our 187 friends from BINUS School Serpong join the fun event. We have a very exciting session talking about dreams, the world of work, and their future career.
WHICH COMES FIRST?
University, Career, or Major
The sequence of choice is important because far too many people feel they have chosen the wrong major and are working in a field that has nothing to do with their major.
Oftentimes students pick a major they “think” they want to study. Then find out four to five years later, they did not like the careers associated with the major so they found a different job.
So, instead of thinking only about the major, you should consider “What do you want to be in the future?”. However, knowing what you want to do can be a tough decision for a high school student.
WHAT YOU WILL GET?
Passion Personality Assessment
Do you know that occupations have a unique code that can be matched with your passion code? Yes, people do have their own unique passion code based on what they are most passionate about. Each student will take the assessment and get their code, which will be used to guide their future career path.
Passion UP Guidebook
Our fun guidebook allows students to be hands-on in their learning process and work at their own pace. They will learn to identify their interests, skills, and passion for fulfilling their dream. We want them to be sure of their dreams, starting from choosing and applying to suitable university majors for their passion.
Interactive Workshop
Our workshop requires active participation where the entire class can contribute their questions and ideas in real-time by drawing, writing comments, and more. Activities include interactive quizzes, video viewing, games, and exercises from the guidebook.
Presentation
The students will have the opportunity to share about their dream careers to their classmates and teachers through presentations, drawings, videos, and more. Feedbacks and words of encouragement will also be shared by their classmates to motivate each other on their career journey.
Awarding
The awarding session is held to congratulate the students on their hard work and dedication for the workshop. We want to give them further encouragement to stay motivated in their career pursuit and not to give up on their dreams.
Passion UP is an interactive workshop which helps students to identify a suitable career based on passion and create a visual canvas of your dream profession.
By visualizing, you will be able to identify how well you fit the job and what are the steps required to realize your dream career.
